Supreme Maps Downloader is a powerful desktop application for downloading, combining, and exporting high-resolution map, satellite, terrain, elevation, and LiDAR data. It is designed for users who need to process large geographic areas without relying on memory-intensive image stitching or cloud-based services.

The application provides an interactive map interface that allows users to navigate to an area, select the required region, choose a zoom level, and download the corresponding geographic data. Its download engine supports parallel processing, automatic retries, and efficient handling of large tile collections.

Supreme Maps Downloader supports multiple geospatial service technologies, including XYZ and TMS tile servers, Bing QuadKey sources, WMS, WMTS, and ArcGIS MapServer or ImageServer services. Custom server templates can also be configured, making the software suitable for a wide range of GIS, remote-sensing, LiDAR, archaeological, surveying, and mapping workflows.

Depending on the selected data source, users can download map imagery, satellite imagery, digital elevation models, terrain layers, hillshades, and LiDAR-derived datasets. Supported LiDAR services may include point-cloud downloads, elevation rasters, digital terrain models, digital surface models, and other products published through compatible web services.

Downloaded imagery and raster data can be exported as standard image files or as georeferenced GeoTIFF and BigTIFF files. BigTIFF streaming makes it possible to create extremely large mosaics while keeping memory usage low. Geographic reference information is embedded directly into supported output files, allowing them to be opened in GIS applications such as QGIS and ArcGIS.
